We also advise you to check your country’s import laws and verify that you are allowed to receive vaporizing devices and/or eliquid. Failure to do so may result in delays, seizures or non-arrival of your order at the hands of National Customs agencies. These delays are beyond our control.
In the event that your order is damaged/lost during shipping or seized by customs, Vape NY will not refund any cost or transfer/shipping fees related to the order. You may contact your customs agency and request that the package be returned to sender. Once we receive and process the returned package, we will contact you in a regards to issuing a refund minus the cost of discounts, shipping and fees.

All Products (*unless specifically stated otherwise below), carry an implied, industry-standard 14-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer, meaning modified power supplies and homemade vaporizing devices. The 14-Day warranty begins on the day the product is delivered to the customer. Atomizers carry a 3 day DOA guarantee (from day of receipt) so please try them when you receive your package. They are disposable items. Items not covered under warranty:
E-Liquid and clearance items.
Mods are covered under the original manufacturers warranty.
Contact us at email@example.com for more details. If you receive any parts that are DOA or malfunction within the “Warranty Replacement Period”, please send us an e-mail asap. Contact our customer service team by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the problem. You will receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Replacements are ONLY shipped after the defective item(s) are returned to VapeNY. Customer assumes all costs in shipping defective items to VapeNY, and we will be responsible for the cost of return shipping of replacement products back to the customer. All replaced/repaired products are shipped USPS first class (unless customer chooses to assume cost of return shipping by priority mail). For returns for international orders, you may be required to pay return shipping for the replacement product, depending on the total value of your order or replacement.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. We do however, offer exchanges on defective items (see warranty section for more info) and on items that were ordered or shipped incorrectly. We accept returns on all items that are sealed in its’ original packaging. Please contact us immediately by email at email@example.com if you receive an item that you ordered incorrectly. We do not offer exchanges or returns on atomizers/coils or clearance items. E-Liquid is only exchanged if the flavor sent to you is not what you ordered.
Please submit any cancellation immediately via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders are oftenshipped same day and once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.
