*All domestic orders over $100 ship FREE!!! Please select free shipping on checkout for this option. (Free Shipping is not available for international customers at this time)
The Vape NY web staff does its’ best to get your package shipped quickly however, we cannot be responsible for any packages delayed or misplaced by the Post office. Please refer to the tracking information sent to follow your orders’ progress.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

  • Orders are shipped to US Residents by first class mail, priority mail or express mail-you may choose which at checkout. If you need your order shipped by another method, please call customer service at 516 399 0606 x9.
  • All orders are shipped by USPS within 48 hours unless our homepage says we are closed for a holiday or unless it is a postal holiday. MOST orders ship same day (or next day if received after 3pm). If you absolutely need your order shipped same day please call and let us know that before placing your order to confirm it will go out in time. 516 399-0606 ext.9

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time, Vape NY is not accepting credit card payments for international orders over $300 USD.  These orders must be paid for via wire transfer only – no exceptions. Please contact us directly to place your order – Do not order on the website.

We also advise you to check your country’s import laws and verify that you are allowed to receive vaporizing devices and/or eliquid. Failure to do so may result in delays, seizures or non-arrival of your order at the hands of National Customs agencies. These delays are beyond our control.

​​In the event that your order is damaged/lost during shipping or seized by customs, Vape NY will not refund any cost or transfer/shipping fees related to the order. You may contact your customs agency and request that the package be returned to sender. Once we receive and process the returned package, we will contact you in a regards to issuing a refund minus the cost of  discounts, shipping and fees.

Orders can be picked up same day or next day at any Vape NY location at  no additional charge, if you call to arrange it.  (516) 399 0606 x9.

Delivery is only available on an emergency basis. Delivery fees vary by location. Please call us for arrangements

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex (and wire transfer for international orders or orders over $300).

14-DAY WARRANTY

All Products (*unless specifically stated otherwise below), carry an implied, industry-standard 14-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer, meaning modified power supplies and homemade vaporizing devices. The 14-Day warranty begins on the day the product is delivered to the customer. Atomizers carry a 3 day DOA guarantee (from day of receipt) so please try them when you receive your package. They are disposable items. Items not covered under warranty:

E-Liquid and clearance items.

Mods are covered under the original manufacturers warranty.

  • *Vaporshark warranty is 12 weeks and is covered by Vaporshark.com.
  • *VmodXL warranty is 6 months and the card should be completed and mailed into Vapage upon purchase.
  • *Epipes warranty is covered by epipemods.com – fee is applicable if the fuse is blown from incorrect (subohm) use.
  • *Provari warranty is 1 year and is covered by Provape (link to Provape.com warranty section- http://www.provape.com/returns.asp)

Contact us at customerservice@vapeny.com for more details. If you receive any parts that are DOA or malfunction within the “Warranty Replacement Period”, please send us an e-mail asap. Contact our customer service team by sending an email to customerservice@vapeny.com explaining the problem. You will receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Replacements are ONLY shipped after the defective item(s) are returned to VapeNY. Customer assumes all costs in shipping defective items to VapeNY, and we will be responsible for the cost of return shipping of replacement products back to the customer. All replaced/repaired products are shipped USPS first class (unless customer chooses to assume cost of return shipping by priority mail). For returns for international orders, you may be required to pay return shipping for the replacement product, depending on the total value of your order or replacement.

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. We do however, offer exchanges on defective items (see warranty section for more info) and on items that were ordered or shipped incorrectly. We accept returns on all items that are sealed in its’ original packaging. Please contact us immediately by email at customerservice@vapeny.com if you receive an item that you ordered incorrectly. We do not offer exchanges or returns on atomizers/coils or clearance items. E-Liquid is only exchanged if the flavor sent to you is not what you ordered.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Please submit any cancellation immediately via email to customerservice@vapeny.com. Orders are oftenshipped same day and once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.
